About the Team

Global Business Services - Buenos Aires (GBS BA), located in Puerto Madero, Argentina, consists of more than 1,800 employees and provides global solutions in Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement, Audit, and Legal. The selected candidates will join the dynamic GBS BA IT team and participate in the newly launched Internship Program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your initial responsibilities will include either one of these areas:
- AI & Machine Learning: Support initiatives related to integrating AI and ML capabilities, including research, documentation, configuration, testing, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Support the team in creating, configuring, and maintaining low-code solutions, assisting with design, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Copilot Studio Agents: Prototype, test, and operationalize generative-AI conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (building conversational flows, connecting knowledge bases, etc.).
- Full-Stack Development: Gain hands-on exposure to .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Angular, Razor, SQL fundamentals, and UI/UX responsive design.
- Data Engineering: Assist in building and configuring data ingestion pipelines to move data into cloud environments (Azure Data Lake, SQL). Support ETL/ELT tasks utilizing APIs, SQL queries, and connectors under supervision.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Status: Must be an advanced student of Computer Engineering or a related technical career.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Language Skills: Fluent in both written and oral English is strictly required to support the global organization.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity or strong willingness to learn cloud environments (Azure), Microsoft Power Platform, modern frontend frameworks (Angular), database fundamentals (SQL), and source control (Git).
- Soft Skills: Eagerness to engage with end users, provide support, perform testing, and actively learn within a global corporate environment.
