About the Role
One by one, Tesla's recruitment team continues to find people who can take responsibility to change the world of energy and AI, moving forward to a more sustainable future. Tesla is looking for dedicated recruitment interns who can play an active role in this rapidly expanding environment. This is a vital position in which you will play an important part in developing excellent teams throughout Japan, specifically targeting fields such as sales, services, delivery, and recruitment support services for university student interns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the hiring team and hiring managers to seamlessly coordinate phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Conduct initial screening calls with prospective candidates to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines.
- Assist in smoothly carrying out complex internal operations related to human resources and talent acquisition.
