The Protection and Border Governance Unit (PBGU) in Thailand actively supports assisted voluntary return and reintegration (AVRR) and protection-oriented interventions for vulnerable individuals, including victims of trafficking. Duties and Responsibilities
- Support PBGU's case management team with the reintegration of Thai returnees, organizing case files, and assisting with follow-up activities.
- Assist in facilitating the return process for vulnerable migrants and trafficking victims through administrative preparation and stakeholder coordination.
- Document case management information while meticulously respecting data protection principles and confidentiality.
- Provide logistical and administrative arrangements for protection activities, trainings, and meetings.
- Draft basic summaries, internal updates, and maintain tracking tools related to case management activities.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Nationality: This position is exclusively open to Thai Nationals.
- Educational Status: Applicants must be currently enrolled in, or have graduated within the last 12 months from, a Bachelor's or Master's programme in social work, international relations, law, migration studies, or communications.
- Age & Experience: Candidates must be between 20 and 36 years old and have less than two years of relevant working experience.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and SharePoint.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai is strictly required and will be evaluated.
