- Lead people management activities for ClientEarth lawyers and practitioners within the sub-group.
- Drive people and capability development through knowledge management, upskilling, and legal strategy creation.
- Contribute to the day-to-day work of the team as a legal expert and people leader.
- Represent ClientEarth and the Accountable Finance team in coalitions, meetings, and events.

- Substantial experience as a practising lawyer or legal academic in corporate or financial sector laws.
- Demonstrated interest in climate, toxics, and/or nature/biodiversity issues.
- Knowledge of UK and/or EU law, institutions, and litigation in UK/European courts.

- Ability to foster knowledge management and upskilling.
