• Substantial experience as a practising lawyer or legal academic in corporate or financial sector laws.
• Demonstrated interest in climate, toxics, and/or nature/biodiversity issues.
• Knowledge of UK and/or EU law, institutions, and litigation in UK/European courts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to foster knowledge management and upskilling.
