The Women@Dior & UNESCO Program is a unique international mentoring and education initiative for young women, focused on empowerment, leadership, and sustainable development. The program is not a recruitment or internship opportunity but a parallel mentorship experience to support personal and professional growth.
Mentees will benefit from personalized mentorship by Dior professionals, access to online courses led by experts, and participation in inspiring interview series and collaborative projects. The program emphasizes leadership, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development, empowering mentees to become changemakers in their communities.

- Currently enrolled full-time in a higher education institution, under the age of 30 years old by the time of the application.
- Either undergraduate students in the final year of their degree or current postgraduate students (Master’s, PhD).
- From any area of study are welcome, as long as they demonstrate a strong interest in women’s empowerment and related issues.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (B2 or above), as it is the official language of the Program. This will ensure effective participation in Program activities, including mentorship, and project development.
- The Program is only open to applicants who have not previously participated in the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program.
